Our Story
Rooted in Tradition.
Crafted for Today.
ਰਾਬਤਾ · Raabta · رابطہ — in every language we speak, it means connection. A celebration of the bond between heritage and the modern woman, where every stitch carries the soul of South Asian craft.
Where It Began
Raabta was born from a simple belief: that the elegance of handcrafted South Asian fashion deserves a global stage. We started with a small collection of hand-embroidered kurtis, each made by artisans who have carried their craft through generations.
What began as a passion project became a movement — a community of women who value authenticity, quality, and the quiet power of wearing something made with intention.
Our Craft
Every piece in the Raabta collection is thoughtfully sourced — the intricate chikankari of Lucknow, hand-embroidered Punjabi juttis, Kashmiri bangles, and jhumkas shaped by hands that have practiced their craft for generations. We work directly with artisan communities, preserving techniques that might otherwise be lost.
Whether it's an anarkali for a wedding or a cotton kurti for a summer afternoon, each piece is a story waiting to be worn.
What We Stand For
Craftsmanship
Every piece is made with intention, honouring the artisan traditions of South Asia.
Authenticity
No fast fashion. We source ethically and design for longevity — clothes you'll pass down.
Connection
Between you and your culture. Between the artisan and the wearer. That is Raabta.
