Return Window We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this window.
Eligibility Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Discounted or sale items
- Items purchased with a promotional code or during a sale event
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact.houseofraabta@gmail.com within the return window with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
