• Every garment undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

• Delivery timelines vary depending on your shipping destination.
• Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional transit time.
• Delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS.
• The confirmation includes a tracking link so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.
• If tracking information is not received within the expected processing period, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Information

• Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate when placing your order.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package according to their policy.
• Additional shipping or handling charges may apply if a package needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect delivery information.

Receiving Your Package

• Please inspect your package upon delivery before accepting it.
• If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, we recommend taking photographs before opening it.
• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery along with your order number and supporting photographs.
